CONCORD, NH \u2014 The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.<\/p>\n
Crystal Lemay, 29, of Bicentennial Drive in Hooksett on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 4, 2021, in Hooksett. <\/p>\n
Albert A. Magnifico, 52, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Canal Street in Franklin on Dec. 24, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. <\/p>\n Thomas E. McEneany, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and a Ruger firearm on Feb. 5. Previously, according to the indictment, McEneany was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2018.<\/p>\n Kelly McLeod, 50, of South Mammoth Road in Manchester on a felony stalking charge on Feb. 13 in Hooksett. <\/p>\n Justin G. Mercer, 42, of Pleasant Street in Pembroke on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun and the drug in Pembroke on Nov. 23, 2022. <\/p>\n David Messier, 43, of Diana Road in Northfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, on Dec. 3, 2022, in Hooksett. <\/p>\n Gabriel S.
