Former Manchester United star Paul Ince believes that the arrival of Alexis Sanchez is responsible for Paul Pogba’s sudden loss of form for the Red Devils.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sanchez finally arrived at Old Trafford from Arsenal at the end of January, in a deal that saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan move to north London.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Results have not picked up since his signing, however, with United falling to defeat in two of their last three Premier League outings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pogba in particular has looked a shadow of his usual self in recent matches, and Ince is certain that sharing the spotlight with Alexis is harming his game.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cSince Sanchez joined the club, Pogba\u2019s confidence and mood seems to have gone in the opposite direction to earlier in the season,\u201d the former England midfielder wrote for Paddy Power<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe looks like a totally different player.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s probably due to the fact\u00a0that, pre-Sanchez, he was the main man. He was the kingpin and the one everyone was talking about.<\/p>\n

“But the arrival of Sanchez has taken the shine off him. What I would say is, at United, you\u2019re\u00a0all\u00a0main men. You should all perform like that, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cLooking at the Newcastle game, you could see from his body language that he\u2019s fed up. Whatever it is, it\u2019s a problem that needs addressing.\u201d<\/p>\n

United remain in second place in the Premier League despite their rocky run of results, albeit 16 points shy of leaders Man City.\u00a0<\/p>\n
