Arsenal\u2019s transfer policy has left David Seaman \u201cfuming\u201d, with the Gunners legend questioning why Aaron Ramsey is being allowed to leave and just \u00a344 million ($57m) made available for new recruits.<\/p>\n

It has been confirmed that Wales international midfielder Ramsey will be departing Emirates Stadium as a free agent over the summer.<\/p>\n

Serie A champions Juventus have a lucrative pre-contract agreement in place with Ramsey and he will link up with them once his current deal in north London expires.<\/p>\n

Seaman is struggling to understand how a 28-year-old at the peak of his powers is slipping the net, especially as Arsenal are giving manager Unai Emery little support in the transfer market to bring in suitable replacements.<\/p>\n

The former Gunners goalkeeper told talkSPORT<\/em>: \u201cI\u2019m still fuming at the fact that we\u2019re going to lose him [Ramsey].<\/p>\n

\u201cIt gets even more frustrating the fact that they\u2019ve announced that Emery\u2019s only got \u00a344m to spend in the summer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, that\u2019s what you\u2019d have to pay to get someone like Aaron Ramsey anyway, you\u2019d probably have to pay a little bit more.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s demoralising for me, and I\u2019m sure it\u2019s even more demoralising for the fans to hear that, and then to see quality players leaving the club again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Seaman added on seeing Ramsey become the latest player allowed to run down his contract at Arsenal, with Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jack Wilshere having done likewise in the recent past: \u201cThat\u2019s even more frustrating, the fact that it\u2019s for nothing, that\u2019s why he\u2019s getting so much money when he goes to Juventus.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t get it, I don\u2019t know what the forward thinking is.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe fact that Emery gets one transfer window, gets told he can only do loan deals.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow we\u2019re looking at the end of the season when it gets towards his second transfer window, and he\u2019s told he\u2019s only got \u00a340-44m to spend, so frustrating.\u201d<\/p>\n
