The Everton man received a shock call-up due to an injury and now has his sights set on bringing his trademark celebration to the Brasil Global Tour <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
New Brazil forward Richarlison is intent on making quite an impression on this month\u2019s Brasil Global Tour \u2013 and has already targeted unleashing his trademark \u2018pigeon dance\u2019 celebration in USA.<\/p>\n
The Everton man was originally overlooked for September\u2019s clashes with USA and El Salvador, but received a surprise call-up after his former Fluminense team-mate Pedro was forced to withdraw through injury.<\/p>\n
And the 21-year-old revealed his inclusion came as quite a shock.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\u201cI was lying playing video games with my friends here at home,” Richarlison told the press in New Jersey.<\/p>\n
“That\u2019s when Edu\u2019s call arrived. I was very surprised at the time, I couldn\u2019t believe it. I wasn\u2019t expecting a call.<\/p>\n
“I had just arrived from training, I had lunch and went to play video games as usual. And then, suddenly, a call comes in and just like that I am told that I\u2019m being called up to the national team. There is nothing better.”<\/p>\n
The former Flu man has impressed in England, his fine form with Watford last term earning him a mega-money move to Merseyside during the transfer window.\u00a0<\/p>\n
And now he is intent on bringing his own style to the Selecao.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere will be the pigeon dance,\u201d he chuckled.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cEveryone is already asking about it. I hope to score a goal and then do the pigeon.\u201d<\/p>\n
Richarlison joined his new team-mates for training on Monday at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey and will now be hoping to dance his way around MetLife Stadium on Friday when Brazil meet USA.<\/p>\n
