Tyler said that Cruz is a \u201cmoderate Texan\u201d and echoed the point Cruz made on Wednesday that it\u2019s hard for Democrats to win in Texas.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is no doubt the extreme left, right now, is energized. They are angry; they hate the president. We\u2019re seeing that in the fundraising numbers for Democrats all across the country; we\u2019re seeing that in turnout,\u201d Cruz said on CNN Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n
