The National Wrestling Alliance returned to GPB Studios last night in Atlanta to tape their third season of their weekly Youtube episodic, Powerrr. At that event, Zicky Dice defeated Ricky Starks to become the new NWA Television champion, ending Starks two-day reign as the first champion since the title was revived. Dice won the opportunity by beating Starks and Ring of Honor star Matt Cross in triple-threat earlier in the tapings. No indication as to when this title bout will air on Powerrr.
Starks became the first champion at Friday’s Hard Times pay per view after he defeated Matt Cross, Tim Storm, and Trevor Murdoch in the tournament finals.
