— Robert Roode made his return to WWE TV last night on Friday Night Smackdown, appearing at the end of the show and joining King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler as they laid out Roman Reigns and The Usos. Roode had last been seen in November as he was subsequently suspended on December 10 for 30 days for violating WWE’s Wellness Policy. That would have meant that his suspension officially ended on January 9 and WWE obviously wasted no time in bringing him back to TV.
— John Morrison will be in action next week on Friday Night Smackdown as he takes on Big E, as announced last night on Miz TV. It will be his first match since returning to WWE after an 8+ year absence. He signed with WWE last fall but the company ended up announcing his return in early December.
