Superstars advertised for tonight’s show include Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, Finn Balor, Sheamus, Cesaro, Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss and Asuka. Speaking of WWE’s South African tour, the company did a ten bell salute in honor of Bruno Sammartino at last night’s show. As noted, the WWE Hall Of Famer passed away this week at age 82.
– Johnny Storm celebrates his 40th birthday today. Storm was born on April 19, 1978. Also celebrating birthdays from the pro wrestling world today are Roxxi (38) and El Samurai (52).
– The new Something Else To Wrestle With podcast featuring longtime WWE executive Bruce Prichard, also known as former WWE on-air personality “Brother Love,” is now available on the WWE Network.
