— Jeff Hardy was arrested on Saturday night for driving while impaired in Cabarrus County, NC. He was arrested in Concord at approximately 10:20 PM after he allegedly struck a guardrail. According to the accident report, Hardy “ran off the roadway to the right, in turn striking about 105 feet of guardrail before the back end of the car spun out 90 degrees to the left, coming to rest in the middle of the right N bound lane of travel.”
— Documents also show that Hardy was released from custody about an hour later but he has a court date related to the charge on April 18 and his license was also suspended for 30 days. WWE has yet to comment on this situation, but Hardy was prepping for a return to the ring within the next month after being sidelined since last October due to shoulder surgery.
