At the recent Over The Top Wrestling independent event, former NXT World Champion and WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor made a surprise appearance.

Balor is currently on the sidelines recovering from multiple shoulder operations, with the expectations of being able to return to the ring in the first-half of 2017.
