The former WWE World Champion said that WWE has received no evidence implicating him in the scandal and that is why he has not been suspended. He said that he is in full compliance with WWE’s Wellness policy. Neither Sports Illustrated nor the New York Daily News listed Batista as a client of Signature Pharmacy and ESPN.com has not reported any more regarding their report.
