WWE announcer Cathy Kelley called into the innaugural episode of The Bump earlier today, live from the Performance Center in Orlando, with news straight from NXT General Manager William Regal. Tonight’s huge two-hour premiere on the USA Network will start… with an NXT Championship match!
That’s right, the Undisputed Era leader Adam Cole will put the NXT Championship on the line against the “Original Bro” Matt Riddle tonight in the VERY FIRST MATCH of the show. The black-and-gold brand clearly isn’t messing around this evening, as they prepare to go head-to-head with AEW Dynamite for the first time ever, and WWE’s even taken out an over-run and will be running limited commercials to make sure they get the edge.
