Yesterday, WWE announced the First Round matches for the WWE UK Championship tournament that will take place at Download Festival and many of the superstars involved have reacted.
El Ligero responded to his First Round match announcement which will see him face PROGRESS Champion, Travis Banks in what could be the match of the round. It is also worth nothing it appears WWE is removing the ‘El’ section of his name and now just calling him Ligero.

Fellow WWE UK superstar, Joseph Conners took a less friendly approach to his match announcement, letting his opponent Ashton Smith know that he will face failure when they meet in the First Round.

EC3 Hypes NXT UK Main Event
Speaking of the UK, last night a mega match was announced for the WWE UK Championship event at the Royal Albert Hall which will see Aleister Black team up with Ricochet to take on EC3 and Velveteen Dream and EC3 has been hyping it as the top 1% of mega-matches.
