HBO has released the above clip, featuring a deleted scene from the upcoming “Andre the Giant” documentary.
During the clip, Hulk Hogan tells the story of Andre teaching him a lesson about getting his mind off of women, with a boot to the throat.
“I can think of a time where I talked the flight attendant into coming to the matches in the Capital Center, and I made the mistake of walking in all proud like, ‘I got this hot flight attendant with me’”, recalled Hogan. “[Andre] saw me, right, so, like an idiot I put her right at ringside, well guess what, not only did he carry me around like a stork, with my yellow trunks with all my junk hanging out, he had put my head on the bottom rope and tied me to the bottom rope and put his foot on me [right in front of her].”
Hogan went on to say that Andre was teaching him the lesson that they were not in the ring to show off for the girls, but were there to wrestle and to protect each other.
“Andre the Giant” premieres April 10th at 10pm EST on HBO. The film, presented by HBO Sports and WWE, is produced by JMH Films in association with Ringer Films.
