CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Crystal Lemay, 29, of Bicentennial Drive in Hooksett on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 4, 2021, in Hooksett.
Albert A. Magnifico, 52, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Canal Street in Franklin on Dec. 24, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Thomas E. McEneany, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and a Ruger firearm on Feb. 5. Previously, according to the indictment, McEneany was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2018.
Kelly McLeod, 50, of South Mammoth Road in Manchester on a felony stalking charge on Feb. 13 in Hooksett.

Justin G. Mercer, 42, of Pleasant Street in Pembroke on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun and the drug in Pembroke on Nov. 23, 2022.
David Messier, 43, of Diana Road in Northfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, on Dec. 3, 2022, in Hooksett.
Gabriel S. Meyer, 36, of Lane Court in Laconia on a possession of meth charge on Jan. 5 in Canterbury.

Keith C. Nye, 42, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on possession of meth on Oct. 4, 2022, in Franklin and possession of meth on Feb. 4 in Franklin.
Dillon J. O’Brien, 28, of Whittier Drive in Fremont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 3, 2021, in Hooksett.
Angeline M. Pelky, 34, of Franklin, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 27 in Franklin.
