CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Christopher Davis, 51, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent offense, sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent offense charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing methamphetamine to distribute on Sept. 23, 2021, in Belmont. The indictment accused of delivering meth on Nov. 11, 2021, in Concord to Keith David who was then accused of delivering it to a confidential information. Davis was accused of selling meth between Aug. 8, 2020, and Dec. 21, 2021, in Concord with the assistance of Stephanie Allard, Steven Balch, Jennifer Boudle, Mark Dipaolo, Kevin Driscoll, Nancy Jones aka Nancy Turner, Jami Marquis, Michael Marquis, Shannon Pellot-Sosa, Kyle Putnam, James Towne, and-or a confidential informant, the indictment said.
Toyuwa E. Davis, 24, of Quincy Road in Plymouth on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. Between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30, 2019, he was accused of raping a woman in Danbury.

John M. Duchesne, 38, of Franklin on first-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of shooting another man in Franklin with a .45 caliber handgun on Nov. 2, 2023.
Samantha Jean, 35, of Kingsman Road in Grafton on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and three reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of pointing a handgun at a woman and a man, yelling, “I’m gonna kill you,” or words to that effect at the woman, and attempting to hit the man, an intimate partner, with the front end of a Hyundai Santa Fe in Sutton on Sept. 30, 2023.

James C. St. John, 36, of Pine Meadow Road in New Hampton on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another person during a traffic stop on Aug. 25, 2023, in Concord.
Justin Keyser, 40, of Leavitt Road in Pittsfield on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to induce another to withhold testimony or information in Pittsfield on Oct. 22, 2023.
Carly Knapp, 25, of Windward Road in Franklin on a felony sale of a narcotic drug charge. She was accused of selling fentanyl on Windward Road in Franklin on March 23, 2023.
Stephanie Lane, 33, of Rainbow Drive in Loudon on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of taking control of a Cub Cadet tractor owned by another person in Pittsfield on Aug. 10, 2023.
Gabriel Lima, 25, of Marston Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of placing others in danger after driving a Volkswagen Passat on Interstate 93 in Bow on June 22, 2023, fleeing from state police, in between traffic and in the breakdown lane, potentially causing death or bodily injury. Joseph W. Maguire, 33, of Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Boscawen on Nov. 6, 2023.
