LEMONT, IL — No one was injured after a train collided with a car stuck on the railroad tracks in downtown Lemont on Saturday night, Lemont Police told Patch Monday.
The incident happened at 8:30 p.m. Saturday on the tracks at Lemont and Main streets, police said.
The driver made a turn onto the tracks instead of the road, and they kept driving to try and get back on the road, but instead got stuck on the tracks, police said.

The two people in the car exited the vehicle, and were not injured, according to police.
