Zoë Jordan to launch knitwear collection

British fashion designer Zoë Jordan is set to launch a new capsule
collection of knitwear, dubbed ‘Knitlab’.

The seasonless collection consists of six wool and cashmere blend pieces,
which range from long thick sweaters featuring cut-out details at the
elbows and shoulders to lighter, short-sleeve and cable knit sweaters. The
range was designed to be sold all year round in numerous climates and comes
in neutral tones, like camel, gray black and white.

Each item’s name was reportedly taken from a scientist, including the likes
of Darwin and Galileo, in homage to the collection preliminary beginnings.
Prices range from 300 to 400 pounds.

In honor of the collection’s upcoming
launch, the London-based designer has selected seven women she finds
inspiring and photographed them wearing the collection in their own
environment. Those selected include publicist Tori Cook, shot at home,
photographer Lily-Bertrand-Webb, pictured in a skate park and music
producers Catherine Marks, in a studio.
All the images for the campaign can be seen online via the designer’s
digital store.

The collection is slated to launch June 10 online at Zoë Jordan store, as
well at The Shop at Bluebird and Harrods in London and Brown Thomas in
Ireland. Five Saks Fifth Avenue department stores throughout the US will
also offer the range.
