UPCN already confirmed for one more season the contract with almost the entire team that lost the ACLAV Argentine A1 men league final series against Drean Bolivar, included the coach Fabian Armoa.
Argentine´s league is in recess but the teams are working to confirm their players to the next season. There´s a lot of rumors round the volleyball transfers.
The San Juan club announced that setter Demian Gonzalez, (who won the silver medal in the Panamerican Cup in Puerto Rico with the argentine national team), middle-blockers Gustavo Porporatto, Gustavo Molina, and Brazilian Junior Dos Santos (Best Blocker in 2009/10 season), the libero Sebastian Garrocq and wind-spiker Leonardo Patti (Best Receiver in the same season) will start hard training next August Tuesday 17th.
UPCN will participate in an international tournament in Irvine, California (USA) on October with local University of Irvine, and teams from Brazil, South Korea, Japan and China.
Rumors says that UPCN want to contract the Argentine´s National Team captain, wind spiker Rodrigo Quiroga who dismissed Yoga Forli´s offer and played in Vibo Valentia (A1, Italy) the last season.
