This is the work of a argentinean Raul Lozano. In two years of training Polish men national team he made from a middle class european team vice champion of the World.
All the 2006 year was a preparation for a World Championship in Japan. Lozano delayed start of Polish league untill December. National team players had time to prepare just for World Championship. In the World League 2006 team picked up experience from tough games, just not qualifying for World League final.
Styles of Lozano work were not usual, some decisions were controversial. One of the unusual decision was elimination of three national team player before European Championship 2005, because of visit in night club.

From the first game of the World Championship Polish team produced team-work. Poland did not lose one game untill the final. Only in game against Russia they meet some problems, losing two sets. Polish way to finals was cleared after dramatic semifinal agaist Bulgaria. In final match Brazil did not allow Poland to get into their game, Poland was all the match under big pressure. Brazil was mentally stronger with a bigger experience from final matches.
"After this Championship I want to work. Two years of preparation with R. Lozano and we have silver medal from World Championship. Lozano demonstrate to us we can beat everyone. Now the best world team remain Brazil, but we are thinking to be the best. We can beat Brazil. Maybe on Olympics in Peking 2008?" said one of the best national team players Piotr Gruzska.
