Overnight viewership for last night’s SmackDown on Fox saw the show average 1.954 million viewers, the lowest total since July 31.
Last night’s SmackDown opened by averaging 1.922 million viewers in hour one. The show then climbed 3.3 percent in hour two to 1.986 million. It’s the first time the overnight viewership for SmackDown has been below two million since the debut of the WWE ThunderDome.

SmackDown averaged a 0.3 rating in the 18-34 demo, the same number it’s done the last four weeks. That topped all of network TV, where no other show did over a 0.2.
In the 18-49 demo, SmackDown averaged a 0.5 rating, down 16.7 percent from last week. That was also the top mark on all the networks. ABC’s 20/20 came closest to SmackDown, averaging a 0.45 rating.
In terms of total viewers, the first hour of SmackDown was third during its time slot among the networks. The second hour finished second in its time slot.
